Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the return process, you should contact us before sending the package back. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Products sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received incorrectly so that we can evaluate and correct it.
If the item is returned for personal reasons, postage and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you according to your original method of payment. Please note that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
